Customers must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
Any changes in booking details should be informed in advance.
Pricing and Payment
Prices depend on distance, volume of goods, type of service, and other factors.
Final charges may vary if there are changes in goods quantity or services requested.
Payment must be made as agreed (advance, partial, or full payment).
Any additional services requested will be charged separately.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
Declare the correct nature and value of goods
Not include prohibited or illegal items
Ensure access to pickup and delivery locations
Be present or assign an authorized representative during packing and delivery
Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous, illegal, or restricted items, including but not limited to:
Explosives, flammable items, or chemicals
Illegal substances
Perishable goods (unless agreed in writing)
Cash, jewelry, important documents, or valuables
Damage and Liability
We take utmost care during packing and transportation.
We are not responsible for damage caused due to poor packing of items packed by the customer.
Liability, if any, will be limited as per mutually agreed terms or insurance coverage (if opted).
Delays and Unforeseen Events
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be informed in advance.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of service.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Insurance
Insurance coverage is optional and available on request. If insurance is not opted for, Adarsh Packers & Movers will not be responsible for any loss or damage beyond basic liability.
